Lunaco.ai Pty Ltd (ABN 68 695 138 928), Terrigal NSW, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our work, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Your name, business name, email address and phone number when you book a call or email us.
• What you tell us about your business so we can help.
• For a free AI Game Plan, only public information about your business: your website, Google Business Profile, reviews and public social pages.
• Business contact details that a business has published, such as the email address on its website, so we can contact that business about our services. Every email we send includes a simple way to opt out.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare your AI Game Plan, run calls and deliver any work you ask for. We may send you a follow-up about our services. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your information. We use a few trusted services to run the business, such as Google Workspace for email and files, GoHighLevel for bookings and enquiries, Xero for invoicing and Netlify to host this website. Those services may store data outside Australia.

AI tools

We use business versions of AI tools that do not use your data to train their models. Client data is kept to the minimum a job needs. For health practices, patient information stays in your own clinical and booking systems.

How we keep it safe

Information is stored in Lunaco's Google Workspace, protected by two-factor sign-in. Client work is kept in a separate folder for each business.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing dave@lunaco.ai.

Complaints

If you have a concern about privacy, email us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The booking calendar on our homepage is provided by GoHighLevel, which may set its own cookies and has its own privacy policy.
