Is my data safe?
Everything is set up in accounts you own, and nothing goes live without your sign-off. Clinical notes and patient records never go into AI tools, and setup follows the Australian Privacy Principles. We never touch trust accounts, and every marketing message carries an opt-out, as the Spam Act requires.
How long does it take?
The AI Game Plan starts with a 30 minute call. Most first workflows are running within a few weeks.
I'm not techy. Will this work for me?
Yes. You keep using your phone and the software you already have. We set it up, show your team, and stay close while it beds in.

What does it cost?
The AI Game Plan is free. The AI Operations Check is $550 plus GST, an introductory price for the first few businesses, and you get a fixed quote for the Sprint before any work starts. Most first projects cost less than a few months of a part-time admin. Ongoing support is optional, month to month, with the scope and price agreed with you.
